Delivery

For deliveries of webshop orders, we use the services of DPD, Post, and other transport companies and charge the following shipping costs:

Shipping costs within Switzerland (packages up to 30 kg)
CHF 7.50 (for an order value up to CHF 19.95)
Free shipping for orders from CHF 20.00

Deliveries of packages over 30 kg, as well as pianos and grand pianos
We are happy to provide you with a quote for delivery either before or after your order. This can range from free delivery (for example, delivery of a digital piano to the curb) to shipping costs of several thousand francs (delivery of a grand piano to the top of the Matterhorn).

We strive to offer you cost-effective shipping and, depending on the value of your order, we contribute to the actual transport costs. In particular, for freight shipments of heavy digital pianos, we recommend delivery to the desired room, including assembly and disposal of packaging. We are happy to provide you with personalized advice on this additional service along with a cost estimate.

Overview of shipping costs for packages > 30 kg, pallet deliveries, or special transports of large instruments:

Pallet deliveries "to the curb": free. 

Pallet deliveries "stockwork delivery", i.e. transport to the apartment door: free for orders from CHF 3,000. For orders under CHF 3,000, we charge a transport surcharge of CHF 100.00.

Special deliveries of large instruments (harps, pianos, grand pianos): we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping costs for Europe and International
We only ship webshop orders abroad on request and in exceptional cases.

Returns and Return Shipments

Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in its original packaging, and is returned within 14 days. The customer bears the cost of the return shipment or the return transportation of the goods.

Unless otherwise agreed, the product should be returned, after consultation and with the note "Warenretoure", to "Musik Hug AG, Kundendienst, Schützenmattstrasse 14-16, 8180 Bülach". Please include the cash receipt, invoice, or delivery note, as processing the return will not be possible otherwise.

In general, the refund is made via the same method as the original payment. In exceptional cases and by arrangement, Musik Hug may accept returns of products in exchange for a voucher.

Products that have been specially ordered for the customer or adapted/rebuilt for them are completely excluded from returns. The same applies to all products offered as pre-owned (Occasion) or at a special price.
