Meinl Sonic Energy Octave Steel Tongue Drum OSTD1BKE 

Made from high-quality stainless steel, this steel tongue drum has the central bass tone in the middle, which is surrounded by eight other tones. These eight tone fields each consist of two tongues that reproduce the tone in two octaves. This creates a wonderful, meditative sound that resembles that of a handpan. The sound hole is located on the underside of the drum, which can be closed with a silicone plug to make the sound even more compact. There are also three silicone feet on the bottom for a secure stand. You can play the Octave Steel Tongue Drum with mallets or with your fingers. Simply place the drum on a flat surface or on your lap to start playing.
