Description
Yamaha Synthesizer Reface CP
This synthesizer from Yamaha simulates many of the first electric pianos. Two Rhodes pianos are built into this small instrument, namely the MKI and the MKII, as well as a Wurlizer piano, a Clavinet emulation, a toy piano and the sound of Yamaha's famous electric grand piano, the CP80. These pianos can be customized with effects to suit your own sound preferences. A drive effect, a tremolo or VCM wah effect, a chorus or VCM phaser effect, a digital or analog-type delay and a reverb effect are built in and can be controlled in terms of intensity and timing via rotary knobs. The Reface CP is very small, but still has three octaves. The keys are smaller than on a piano or a digital piano, which is why it takes some time to get used to playing the keys. Once you get used to it, however, you will be surprised by the extremely high dynamic range. The synthesizer has small, built-in speakers and can be powered by battery. It is therefore possible to play the keyboard on the move, which is exactly what it was originally designed for. Because the sounds and effects of this instrument are so great, the keyboard is increasingly being connected to an amplification system so that it can be used on stage or in the studio. Because the Reface CP isn't just a toy, it's a sound engine that sounds unique and fun to play on the go.
